1. Data fiduciary and processor roles
- TRL acts as a Data Fiduciary for account creation, authentication, platform security, billing, support, product operations, and direct communications with users.
- For buyer, tenant, seller, owner, or third-party data uploaded by a broker or received through a broker workspace, the broker is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use that data. TRL processes that data to provide the product.
- Brokers are responsible for ensuring that property information, owner information, phone numbers, images, and contact details can lawfully be published or shared.
2. Notice and consent
TRL provides notices at relevant points, including account creation, WhatsApp intake, listing verification, lead submission, payments, and public listing publication. Where consent is required, TRL will identify the personal data collected, the purpose of processing, the method to withdraw consent, and the contact route for requests.
3. Data Principal rights
Subject to applicable law and identity verification, Data Principals may request access to information about processing, correction, completion, updating, erasure, grievance redressal, and nomination of another person to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity.
4. Grievance handling
Privacy and grievance requests must be sent to the support email shown on this page. TRL will review and respond within applicable statutory timelines after receiving the request and completing any required identity verification.
